Unsubscribe from marketing email. Active contracts remain in force; this form only controls promotional messages.
What changes after you unsubscribe
Promotional messages stop, but claim acknowledgments, payment receipts, and safety recalls tied to your covered vehicle may still arrive. Those transactional notices keep your contract valid and are not affected by marketing opt-outs.
Processing typically completes within two business days. If you continue receiving marketing after that window, submit the form again with the same address you used at enrollment so our suppression list can match the correct profile.
Marketing versus contract mail
Marketing includes plan upgrade suggestions, webinar invitations, and seasonal maintenance tips. Contract mail includes renewal invoices, claim status changes, and documentation requests from reviewers. Unsubscribing here affects only the first group.
Plan holders who cancel marketing still receive urgent claim instructions when a shop awaits authorization. That separation protects repair timelines even when you prefer a quiet inbox between service visits.
Active claims and open repairs
If a covered repair is in progress, advisors continue to use the email on your contract file until the claim closes. Changing marketing preferences does not redirect those operational messages; contact us through the contact page if you need a different address for claim threads.
Re-subscribing later
You may return to the subscribe page at any time with the same email. Rejoining restores bulletin alerts and enrollment promotions without altering deductibles or waiting periods on an existing contract.
Data retention
We retain unsubscribe requests to honor your choice across future campaigns. The address remains on a suppression file even if you later purchase a new plan under a different contract number, unless you explicitly ask us to remove the suppression entry.
Need help instead?
If you meant to update an email address rather than leave the list entirely, contact an advisor through the contact page with your contract number. We can migrate preferences without deleting historical claim records tied to the old inbox.
Fleet and multi-vehicle accounts
Fleet coordinators who manage several VINs should unsubscribe each marketing address individually or contact an advisor to adjust distribution lists. Contract notices for each enrolled vehicle follow the email recorded on that vehicle’s schedule even when marketing stops for a shared inbox.
Questions about coverage
Unsubscribing does not cancel mechanical breakdown protection. To change plan tier, transfer coverage to a buyer, or ask about a pending claim, use the contact form or speak with the advisor assigned at enrollment. Coverage questions deserve a direct reply rather than a mailing-list setting.
Shared family inboxes
When multiple drivers read the same household email, one unsubscribe request applies to every marketing stream sent to that address. Each plan holder can still log claim updates through advisors using contract numbers if marketing stops but operational mail must continue for an active repair.
If only one person wants to leave the list, consider using individual addresses at renewal so preferences stay independent without affecting another driver’s bulletin alerts.
We do not charge a fee to adjust marketing preferences, and unsubscribe links in every promotional email point back to this page for convenience.
